   - All bookings must be made in advance through our website or in person.

   - Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot.

   - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking will not be refunded.

2. **Use of Facilities**:

   - Customers are responsible for ensuring they follow all Birdies Golf Simulator Rules during their visit.

   - Any damage to equipment caused by misuse may result in charges for repair or replacement.

   - The simulator is designed for use by players of all skill levels, but players are responsible for their own safety and must adhere to safety guidelines at all times.

   - Players must bring their own clubs.

3. **Liability**:

   - Birdies Golf Simulator is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property while using our facilities.

   - Players and spectators use the facility at their own risk. Birdies Golf Simulator disclaims all liability for accidents, injuries, or damages occurring on the premises.

   - We reserve the right to ask anyone who fails to follow the rules or acts in a disruptive manner to leave the premises without a refund.

4. **Food and Drink**:

   - Customers are welcome to bring their own drinks, and light snacks may be consumed behind the counter, not over the AstroTurf.

   - All rubbish must be disposed of in the bin located outside the unit. Failure to clean up may result in a cleaning fee.

5. **Technical Issues**:

   - In the event of technical issues, please contact our staff immediately. We will do our best to resolve any problems quickly.

   - If technical issues cannot be resolved, Birdies Golf Simulator may offer a rescheduled session or refund at our discretion.

6. **Age Restrictions**:

   - Players under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while using the simulator.

   - The accompanying adult is responsible for ensuring the rules and safety guidelines are followed.

7. **Spectators**:

   - Spectators are welcome but must remain seated behind the counter for their safety.

   - Birdies Golf Simulator reserves the right to limit the number of spectators per bay during busy periods.

8. **Rescheduling & Delays**:

   - If you arrive late for your scheduled time, your session will end at the original end time to avoid impacting other bookings.

   - Birdies Golf Simulator reserves the right to reschedule bookings in the event of unforeseen issues such as equipment failure or emergencies.

9. **Data Protection**:

   - Any personal data provided during the booking process will be stored securely and only used for the purpose of managing your booking. We do not share personal information with third parties without your consent.

10. **CCTV Monitoring**:

   - Birdies Golf Simulator uses CCTV for security and monitoring purposes. The footage may be recorded to ensure the safety of customers, staff, and the facility. By using our facilities, you consent to being recorded on CCTV while on the premises.
